I am writing to inform you that Morrison Clinic Psychiatry will be closing permanently, effective July 29, 2026.

It has been a privilege to be part of your care, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me. This decision was not made lightly, and I understand that transitions in care can be challenging.

Continuation of Care
To support continuity of care, medical appointments for medication refills and transition of care will remain available through July 29, 2026. These appointments will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. I encourage you to schedule as soon as possible and to establish care with another qualified mental health provider. You may consider contacting your insurance provider for a list of in-network clinicians or using reputable directories such as Psychology Today or your local medical society.

Medication Refills
Prescription refills will only be provided in the context of a scheduled medical appointment and will not be available after July 29, 2026.

Medical Records
You have the right to request a copy of your medical records or have them transferred to another provider. Your PatientFusion.com medical portal will remain accessible for 30 days following closure. I encourage you to log in and download a copy of your medical records as soon as possible. After the portal closes, medical records requests should be faxed to (847) 787-1437.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
